Job Description

We’re looking for a talented CRM and Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team and drive our digital marketing initiatives to new heights.

In this exciting role, you will be expected to supercharge all the amazing things Netwerk24 is doing. This will be done mostly via CRM channels.

This is role is based at our Cape Town office.


What you’ll do:

  • Liaising closely with the editorial team
  • Ownership of the calendar and running of content campaigns across different platforms
  • Planning, creating and optimising content & campaigns that will be used to drive subscriber acquisition and loyalty.
  • Brainstorming marketing campaigns
  • Segmenting audiences and targeting them with context-specific campaigns and messaging
  • Giving input into creative copy and design for display campaigns
  • Keeping a forward-looking view of the upcoming campaigns and create emails, content and blurbs that will be used across all marketing channels.
  • UX and UI screens
  • Social media posts for commercial and marketing purposes

 

What you’ll need:

  • Expert knowledge of CRM and automation tools. Experience with and proficiency in Braze, Adobe Cloud, Canva and Microsoft Office will be beneficial.
  • Excellent copy writing skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to work without supervision
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset

 

 

What we require:

  • A degree in Marketing, Languages, Journalism or similar
  • At least 4 years of experience in online content management, ideally in the publishing/media/marketing or related industry.
  • Proficiency in Afrikaans would be beneficial
