Minimum Requirements
• 3+ years previous role in a product management position
• Experience in communicating business requirements to a development team
• Experience with building internet based technology, ideally in the Ecommerce industry

Skills and Competencies 
• Ability and willingness to take ownership of platforms / systems that you are responsible for
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
• Leadership of a team by example, involving and making use of every team member
• Ability to make quick decisions with a level of certainty that instils confidence in others
• A clear understanding of SCRUM and Agile development
• Good interpersonal skills and high level of integrity

Key Responsibilities 
• Ownership of various technology products that make up the Ecommerce ecosystem within Spree
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements for new products and changes to existing products and communicate these requirements to the engineering teams.
• Project management of projects that involve multiple stakeholders, from roadmap creation to managing expectations
• Communicate to a wide audience of customers when changes to the systems are made
• Work closely with the engineering team to fully understand the capabilities of the different technology platforms
• Own the backlog of work that the engineering teams need to complete, fiercely defending the agreed upon priorities
• Analyse data to understand the root cause of problems, and direct the necessary resources to resolve them
• Articulate and support the business rationale behind initiatives
