Job Description


A professional, competent, self-managed, proactive and business-minded Business Development Specialist with a proven sales track record within web, mobile, email, app's, programmatic, search, video sales.

Responsible and accountable for managing the relationship, advertising activities and revenue inflow from digital/ performance/ programmatic and social only advertising clients and advertising agencies.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Actively seeking and managing commercial relationship between digital only client accounts within the Ads24 portfolio, Customer research and prospecting
  • Maximise revenue inflow from these client accounts,
  • Attain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets related to Ads24 digital portfolio,
  • Actively identify and pursue new digital only advertising accounts,
  • Maximise revenue inflows across all digital publications within the Ads24 portfolio from the client account portfolio,
  • Conceptualise, verbalise, document, test, propose and present new digital revenue generating opportunities in consultation with Digital Strategist & Adops, to clients within the portfolio,
  • Use web analytics tools to analyse site traffic and user demographics in support of online campaign proposals and client presentations.
  • Attain monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets related to your client account portfolio

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric + Marketing/Sales/communication or related tertiary qualification a prerequisite,
  • At least 3 years digital advertising sales experience
  • Negotiation/Sales/presentation skills,
  • Fully end-user computer literate (Microsoft suite),
  • Strong references from previous employers and clients required.
