Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising Paid Search campaigns for various online assets. They will further be required to work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute outbound paid lead generation activities, including paid search/PPC, retargeting and targeted display advertising. If you have a relavant qualification and at least 3 years experience, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing and experience in lead/demand generation activities with direct experience supporting inbound and outbound digital marketing activities.
- Degree or diploma in Digital Marketing / Marketing or similar
- Well versed in keyword discovery tools and ad editing platforms (Google Keyword Planner, SEMRush, Google Trends and Google Adwords and Bing Ad Editors, etc.)
- Certified in DoubleClick for Search
- Certified in DCM
- Certified in Google Analytics


Skills & Competencies
- Experience managing paid search programs as well as strategise and optimise spend
- Strong grasp for numbers – analytically minded
- Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives
- Ability to write comprehensive insights
- Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with proven data interpretation abilities.
- Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- A keen eye for detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- The ability to work well in a team as well as independently and responsibly
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing


Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain clear project plans and report on progress
- Provide input on budgets related to a SEM projects or initiatives
- Responsible for hitting target spend and performance of campaigns
- Track paid performance and develop regular reports analyzing digital performance, insights and optimization recommendations
- Communicate clear recommendations and results to clients
- Develop testing and optimising processes to continually improve efficiencies and campaign performance.
- Manage internal resources efficiently to deliver professional results in a timely manner
- Compile and distribute monthly, quarterly and annual performance insights for leadership
- Responsible for developing and nurturing search talent within the business and ultimately building a team to manage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Staying at the forefront of Search knowledge, by keeping up to date with industry news, developments and best practices.
- Reports to the Head of Programmatic.
